Half Primary Series (led) Class focuses on developing strength, flexibility and balance through a precise sequence of postures synchronised with diaphragmatic breathing & gazing points. The abbreviated format allows the Ashtanga method to be accessible whilst maintaining a sense of tradition in its structure and benefits.
