Over 50s Dance Fitness Class

  • Monday’s 12 – 1 pm. All year
  • Thursday 9.30 am – 10.30 am. All year

This is a fun low impact dance fitness class suitable for the mature participant, the beginner and all those looking for a lower impact fitness class. There is no need to book, just turn up in relaxed clothing and soft supportive shoes.
