  • Year 5,6,7 6.00pm-7.15pm

Having transitioned the year 8’s to the second session, we are delighted to welcome back Year 5’s to Youth Club.

This is a great opportunity to give your Year 5, 6 and 7 children a little freedom, while under the supervision of our qualified youth workers. Youth Club is a non structured place for young people to hang out and socialise and maybe even learn a new skill.

tKC has been running Kenilworth’s youthclub for the past 25 years!  We have an inclusive space that offers a place to socialise, connect, take part in activities and spend time with friends.  We have qualified youth workers on hand to help with any issues or concerns that young people might have and we are here to support and help in a non judgmental way.  Our YouthClubs and activities that we deliver at them are free to attend.  Come and take part in sports on the court, dance offs in the youth room, hang out in the snug, try your hand at recording a podcast or piece of music with Howard in the studio!

Lots to do, friends to meet and always snacks and drinks available for only £1

  • Years 8+9 7.30-9.00pm

This session provide a safe environment for young people to meet friends, have fun and try out new activities. In this session they will have chance to learn and talk about issues such as anti social behaviour, healthy relationships, substance and alcohol use, knife crime, and how to deal with the pressures many young people face.

Youth Club regularly have visitors from external organisations who aim to address key issues young people face.  These are age appropriate and registered organisations who work with young people around issues of Knife Crime and Violence (Fearless), Drugs and Alcohol use (Compass) and community safety. Please contact tKC via sam@thekenilworthcentre.com for more information about planned sessions.
